What we shipped, in plain language.

Saves that only change automatic bookkeeping values, such as who last touched a record or a session's last activity time, no longer add an audit log entry. Entries appear when a real field changes. Finance documents under statutory protection are still logged on every edit.

The audit log storage is now compacted every Sunday at 03:00 IST, only when enough space can be recovered. Saves made during that short window may wait briefly.

A purchase order whose lines are all asset lines never showed up when choosing POs on the vendor invoice form, so it could not be invoiced. Orders with posted Asset Receipts are now listed alongside those with goods receipts or service entries.

When an Asset Receipt line has no unit, the invoice line now uses the unit from the purchase order line. Previously the form rejected these lines with an error the user could not fix.

Invoice lines created from an Asset Receipt now keep their link to that receipt when saved. The receipt is therefore marked as billed and can no longer be invoiced a second time.

Invoice lines billed from an Asset Receipt show an AR badge with the receipt number. The missing GL account and missing cost center messages now explain what to fix for asset lines, and the empty-PO message mentions Asset Receipts.

Refreshing capacity profiles for a plant used to fail every time. It now rebuilds capacity from the shift calendar for each work centre and shows how many were rebuilt and which failed. If the plant has no active shift calendar, it tells you so.

Released production orders were treated as having no work left, so their critical ratio was infinite and they sat at the bottom of the scheduling worklist. Remaining work now includes released and firmed operations.

Saving a capacity profile did nothing when efficiency was 1.00, and the minute fields rejected values that were not multiples of 15. Both now accept any valid value.

Capacity Planning utilisation and daily summaries counted slots blocked for maintenance as available time. They now count only open slots, which matches the capacity requirements report.

Searching the Production Orders list failed with a server error. It now searches by order number, material code and name, and customer.

If capacity can't be refreshed, Generate Schedule now shows the reason and stops. Before, it could schedule against out-of-date capacity. The refresh also accepts a number of days ahead between 1 and 366.

Operations without their own dates display the order's dates. Each operation now also reports whether it has been scheduled, so you can tell the two cases apart.

Entering a completion date by hand needs a specific permission. A reason is required when a transaction or buyer approval normally completes that milestone. Dates written by a transaction or approval can't be overwritten by hand; reverse the document instead.

The e-mail sent when a milestone completes late is now sent in the background after the change is saved, so saving no longer waits for the e-mail.

Purchase orders now store when they were approved. This time is used to complete the matching TNA milestone.

Lead-time bands (days from order date to due date) can be defined, and TNA templates can be stored per band. Each order picks the matching template, and re-phasing an order keeps its band unless you choose to rebase. Bands in the same scope cannot overlap, and the default template set now includes one per band.

Milestones are completed by the document that proves them, such as PO approval, receipts, quality lots, PP sign-off, cutting notes, scans, final audit and dispatch. If that document is reversed, the milestone reopens. Each milestone shows what completed it, and a Refresh button re-checks an order on demand. An hourly check also catches missed updates.

PP meetings are built from template sections and lines, with one pending sign-off per role. Only role holders can sign off. Signing off completes the PP milestone, and open points become tasks on the order board. There is a printable PP meeting form and a register of meetings.

A new report shows milestones completed on time, late, overdue or still open, by milestone kind. You can filter it by customer, band or merchandiser.

A new setup page lets merchandising leads manage lead-time bands and choose which event completes each milestone kind. Changing templates and bands now needs the template management permission.

Goods receipt matrices, cut-panel receipts and the material variants grid now find Colour and Size by role.

The quality measurement size master now reads sizes from the attribute marked as Size, regardless of its code.

PO import colour and size options and matching, delivery matrices, order processing and variant exports now use your Colour and Size attributes by role instead of fixed codes.

If your Colour or Size attribute used a different code from the standard ones, the Sales Order Matrix showed no grid. This could let an order save a required material without a variant. The matrix now finds the Colour and Size axes however they are coded.

Production planning matrices, material requirements colour combining, BOM checks, the fabric programme chart and the BOM wizard value picker now work when Colour and Size use non-standard codes. The BOM wizard no longer creates a second Colour attribute.

The Variant Attributes screen now has a Role setting (Colour or Size). Each role can be used by only one active attribute, and a second Colour is refused. Existing attributes are set automatically from their code or an unambiguous name.

The Merchandising dashboard shows a row of eight KPIs, including on-time in-full delivery, for a chosen period (week, month, last week, last month, rolling 30 or 90 days, or custom). You can filter by customer and merchandiser and drill into the records behind each figure. Merchants see only the orders they handle, and margin and costing accuracy figures appear only for users who may view order profitability.

A new Alerts tab lists alerts for slipped milestones, late samples and similar conditions. Alerts are checked hourly and sent to the people responsible. A slipped milestone that stays late is escalated to the Merchandising Manager. You can acknowledge a fired alert, and alerts clear on their own when the condition is resolved.

A settings panel lets administrators set sample turnaround targets (overall or per sample type), the number of days before a slipped milestone is escalated, and the on-time and in-full tolerances. It also sets which roles are notified.

A daily list and a Monday morning KPI pack are now available as scheduled reports. KPI figures are refreshed every night, and are also refreshed when you open the dashboard if they have not yet been refreshed that day.

Viewing merchandising KPIs and alerts requires a new permission, which administrators can assign through roles. Changing the settings requires the existing merchandising configuration permission.

Custom column captions for the Tasks report are now managed on the shared Report Field Labels page, replacing the Tasks-specific labels page. Existing captions are carried over.

Grids apply your tenant's custom column captions automatically, and column widths are fitted to the renamed headings.

When an administrator opens a screen, the columns it shows are recorded so they can be picked from a list when creating a label. Labels can also be set inactive to pause them without deleting them.

Administrators can rename column headings on grids across all menus from one Administrator > Report Field Labels page. Each tenant keeps its own captions, and deleting a label restores the standard heading.

The issued quantity and status of each order material are refreshed after every goods issue and every reversal. The cost sheet, variance analysis and order status now reflect what was actually issued.

Confirming the last operation no longer marks the order as completed, which used to block the goods receipt. The order stays In Progress until its finished goods are received.

A goods receipt from production now values the finished goods from the material and conversion cost still held in the order's WIP, divided by the quantity still open. Partial receipts no longer take the cost of the whole order. The postings credit the same WIP accounts the order was debited on, so WIP clears to zero.

Goods issues to production, cost centres and sales had been recorded in the material ledger at zero value since late July. They now carry their value, and stock transfers show value on each leg. Entries already recorded are not corrected.

Usage variance is now based on the quantity actually issued, and price variance is the remainder of the ledger variance. Cost sheet actuals are valued from the material ledger. The WIP report no longer counts tiny rounding residues as WIP.

Calculate Cost now fills unpriced BOM lines from their chosen cost source (standard, moving average or last purchase price). It lists any lines it could not price, and for released BOMs it names the lines to price by change order. Production orders also pick up these prices, so planned material cost no longer freezes at zero.

Variant rules and the order size matrix no longer accept another material's variants. Materials that vary on only one axis, such as size only or colour only, now get a size matrix on the order screen. The production order form also defaults the unit of measure.

For a make-to-stock order, goods issue now offers only batched stock that is not earmarked for a sales order. Availability no longer shows stock that posting then refuses. Receipts built line by line, such as opening stock, now get a batch when posted.

When a pack was sold as a single multi-colour item, the chart printed the base colour's fabrics for every colour, and the other colours' fabrics never appeared. Each colour now lists its own fabrics.

The Cutting Programme now has one row for each fabric of a cut part, grouped by colour. Sewing trims such as tape, elastic and thread are no longer listed as fabrics to dye.

A pack sold under one colour is now split into the colours it actually contains, using order quantities before scrap. Some orders previously counted the panels of every size, so the totals were too high. For example, 1,722 panels were shown for 840 garments. They now show 840.

The PDF now prints on A4 landscape. Long labels wrap and numbers stay on one line. Piece counts print as whole numbers. Empty sections, an empty AOP Ref column and an empty width line are left out. Names print without the hierarchy-code prefix.

On-screen hints, help articles and inventory guides now include --apply in the seeding command examples. Copying them now saves the data instead of running as a preview.

Every command started from the console is now limited to the tenant of the person running it, so it can't touch another tenant's data.

If you run seed, setup or backfill commands from the command line, add --apply to save the changes. Without it, the command shows what would happen and then rolls back.

Commands that seed defaults, set up modules, or rebuild or backfill data can now be previewed safely. This covers areas such as cash management, inventory, EHS, budgets, payroll, contracts and GRC. Nothing is saved unless Apply is chosen.

The new execute-program screen runs in Test mode by default. You can see what a command would do before any data is saved.
