Faster Deliveries grid and lighter list screens across modules

October 23, 2026
Production

The Deliveries grid now loads one page at a time, a Dispute form picker bug is fixed, and many list screens load faster.

Bug Fix

Dispute form customer picker shows all delivery notes

The delivery note picker on the Dispute form was cut off at a customer's first 50 notes. It now lists all of them.

CRM Global
Improvement

Offers, recoveries and bonus lines load faster

The Offers and Objects-on-Loan Recoveries lists no longer load nested detail they don't display. The Bonus lines list also loads faster.

Human Resources Global
Improvement

Deliveries grid loads much faster

The Deliveries grid now loads one page of 50 rows at a time, so it opens in a fraction of a second instead of loading every delivery note up front. Search, sorting, column filters and Excel export now run across all deliveries, and the pivot view loads the full set only when you open it.

CRM Global
Improvement

Finance list screens open faster

Set-off Runs, Direct Invoices, Budget Documents, the Payment Instrument register and Depreciation Keys now load only the header information the grid shows. Set-off Runs fetch a run's lines when you open it. Direct Invoices still show the line count and the debit and credit totals.

Finance Global
Improvement

EHS Incidents list loads faster

The Incidents list now calculates action, attachment and comment counts in a single pass instead of several lookups per incident. The numbers shown are unchanged.

Other Global
Improvement

Master Bags list loads faster

The Master Bags grid no longer loads the bundle detail for every bag. The detail page and labels still show the bundles.

Production Global
Improvement

POS returns list loads faster

The POS returns list now loads a lighter set of data for each return.

Shop-floor breakdown handling on mobile, from report to confirmed repair

October 23, 2026
Production

Plant Maintenance now has a mobile breakdown flow: scan the machine, assign an engineer, repair with spares, and have the supervisor confirm.

New Feature

Fixed, operator check and supervisor confirmation

The engineer reports the machine fixed. The supervisor then runs an operator check with the badge and either confirms the repair, which closes the breakdown, or sends it back to the engineer. Downtime is calculated automatically and one failure history record is written.

Other Global
New Feature

Printable machine QR labels

A new Machine QR Labels page produces the labels that supervisors scan when reporting a breakdown.

Other Global
New Feature

New roles and permissions for the breakdown flow

The roles PM Maintenance Manager, PM Production Supervisor and PM Stores Keeper are added, with permissions to report, assign, work on and issue spares for breakdowns. Administrators must assign these roles to users.

System Global
New Feature

Report a breakdown by scanning the machine and operator badge

A production supervisor scans the machine's QR label and the operator's badge on a phone to report a stoppage. Maintenance managers are notified straight away in the app and by web push.

Other Global
New Feature

Assign and accept breakdown jobs

Managers see a queue of open breakdowns and assign an engineer. The list shows each engineer's current open jobs. The engineer accepts the job and the reporter is notified. The Report, Assign, My Jobs and Stores tabs are on a new mobile breakdown page.

Other Global
New Feature

Classify the fault and raise the emergency work order

Engineers classify the breakdown from a category and failure-mode list, record the diagnosis, and raise the emergency work order from the job sheet. They can then start the repair.

Other Global
New Feature

Reserve spares or order external service from the job sheet

Engineers reserve spare parts, and a purchase requisition is raised automatically for items out of stock. They can also request an external service order. Reservations can be cancelled or short-closed.

Other Global
New Feature

Stores tab for issuing breakdown spares

Stores staff see open spare reservations, most urgent first, and can check where stock can be picked. They issue the parts to the cost centre, and the parts are recorded on the work order.

Front Desk end-of-day report and deleted entry fixes

October 23, 2026
Production

Front Desk gains a scheduled evening report of today's entries, and deleted entries no longer appear in lists, the dashboard, pending goods receipts or reports.

Bug Fix

Category-filtered Front Desk reports no longer send empty emails

A daily Front Desk report filtered to one category used to be sent as an empty email when only other categories had entries. It is now sent only when entries match the filter.

Inventory Global
Bug Fix

Deleted Front Desk entries no longer show up

Entries that were deleted at the Front Desk were still appearing in the entry list, dashboard counts, pending goods receipts and emailed reports. They are now excluded everywhere.

Inventory Global
New Feature

Today's Front Desk Entries evening report

You can now schedule an end-of-day email listing everything the Front Desk received today, oldest first. It can be limited to one category, set to a fixed cutoff time or a specific date, and can optionally send a 'nothing received' email on empty days.

Price revision now re-prices every item in a costing chain

October 23, 2026
Production

Price revision no longer skips earlier sizes when you create the next size with New Version.

Bug Fix

Price revision covers every size copied with New Version

When you cost the next size by pressing New Version on the previous one, a price revision used to re-price only the last sheet in that chain. It now re-prices each different item, along with the finished fabric and greige sheets they are built on.

Your own AI provider keys, plus CRM and numbering fixes

October 22, 2026
Production Breaking changes

Each organisation now adds its own AI provider key, and credit-blocked sales orders release correctly when edited.

Bug Fix

Releasing a credit-blocked sales order from the edit form now sticks

Moving an order out of Credit Block on the edit form now records a proper credit release, so the next save no longer puts it back in Credit Block. Only users with credit release authority can do this.

CRM Global
Bug Fix

Lowering an order price no longer re-blocks a released order

Reducing the amount of a credit-released sales order keeps its release. Increasing the amount still requires a new credit check.

CRM Global
Improvement

Clearer messages when an AI key has a problem

If the key is missing, rejected, out of credit or lacks permission, the message now says it concerns your organisation's AI account. It also points administrators to where to fix it. Data chat falls back to simpler answers when no key has been added.

System Global
New Feature

Fiscal start year available in document numbers

Document numbering patterns can now use the year the fiscal year starts, for example 2026 for 2026-27. This works with fiscal-year numbering resets.

System Global
New Feature

Add your own AI provider keys

Administrators can add their organisation's own Anthropic and OpenAI keys on a new AI Provider Keys page. All AI features now run on your organisation's key.

Production

A numbered, versioned knowledge base of corrections, workarounds and how-tos, with a Note Assistant that tracks which notes apply to you.

Improvement

Help Assistant Cites Notes

System Global
New Feature

Biztimize Notes

Biztimize Notes are numbered, versioned articles on known issues, corrections and how-tos, read at /notes/ on the Help Center with the same sign-in as Help. Search by number or text, compare versions, download a PDF, give feedback, report a problem and subscribe to a note.

System Global
New Feature

Note Assistant

The Note Assistant lists the notes that apply to your system, with a status and checklist for each. HotNews appear as a banner and are emailed to the administrators of affected tenants, and a “Notes for this screen” button shows the notes relevant to the page you are on.

Clearer PO Quantity Message

October 20, 2026
Production

The PR-quantity refusal on a purchase order line now points to the over-delivery tolerance.

Improvement

PO Line Over-delivery Hint

Raising a PR-sourced PO line above the requisition quantity is refused, which read as the goods receipt locking the line. The message now explains that an excess delivery is accepted through the line’s over-delivery tolerance, which the goods receipt already honours.
